Hi my name is Ruth, thank you for visiting my website. I’m a Nutritional Scientist and Personal Trainer with nearly 3 decades of experience in the field of health and personal care.

Many years ago, I was unfortunate enough to contract an illness that affected my liver - luckily that is all behind me now - but it led to me finding the wonderful Liverdoctor products in the US which helped me with my deranged liver enzymes and concomitant fatty liver disease.

We have been the UK distributor for that company ever since and I still take the supplements daily! They have literally been life-changing for me!
